Feeling Overwhelmed?
I'm writing this in April 2026 --and there's a whole lot to feel upset about.
I originally set out to create a short, free guide to help you cope with current events… and it turned into something much longer. Honestly, I couldn’t help it. There’s so much happening in the world, and so much I want to offer in support of your nervous system.
What you’re receiving here is an abridged version of what I initially came up with--something you can actually move through and come back to when things feel like too much.
